Yes, is possible, but it won’t be so confortable as one cabin per person…anyway I saw also families with kid(s) using one cabin!
And actually people use the empty cabin but is not really polite, unless you’re sure there are no other stops on the way….on one bus we found one man lying in one of our cabin and of course we were not happy!

They should technically be fresh…..but they are not sealed, so you cannot be 100% sure…
mine seems washed and ok, but if is something you are particularly sensitive to, I suggest to bring your own pillowcase and liner

During the night rides, both VIP cabin buses, there where 2 drivers who alternate drivng, so I definitely recommend the cabin buses for a night ride!

I’ve heard that they are dangerous and drivers fall asleep at the wheel. Did you feel safe? Would it be safer to travel during the day? Would the cabin buses have higher quality staff and safety?
