My boyfriend and I we book a flight (unfortunately) we go to Thailand next month. The customer service is really bad! We didn’t go yet and it’s already going wrong! I will never fly again with Etihad Airways. They are really terrible. Such a shame a “premium” company and a rich country to have a service like this. I have a lot of travel agents in my country asking for my opinion and I won’t recommend it at all.

I also had similar experience with my Etihad rewards points. It disappeared and even after emailing them, no positive response as of today. I want to know where my points disappeared without using. I need an answer. Airport was too cold. Although, service and food was good.
Other than that, overall in flight experience was good for me. Hope to see some improvements and positive changes.

In reply to Shivadasan Nair. Worst airline in 2023, rude staff don't care about you, clearly just a job. Old crowded planes, dirty toilets and when you buzz they don't come you have to go ask. Abu Dhabi ridiculously expensive and no where except if you are first or business class to sit for their 5 hour stop over! Qatar again next time way better!

So sorry for your bad experience. I also had such nightmare when Manila Int’l Airport Etihad crew asked for sum amount of money in exchange of passing through my over weight luggages without any charge. I reported it as I sent my feedback to Etihad (they always insisting sending emails for feedback) hoping that those staff will be sucked. Its now nearly one year but no one contacted me for verification. What a waste of time !!

I will never fly with Etihad again after a bad experienced. I sent them email last 2 weeks and no response. I can feel that as a woman is talking to a male Etihad crew to complain is very intimidating.
